How Dinosaurs became extinct

Assumption: Dinosaurs used to exist.

Assumption: Dinosaurs are now extinct.

There must have been a reason why dinosaurs would disappear from the face of this earth, this is my take on it. A human (probably a pretty primitive one) accidentally stumbled through time to past where dinosaurs still existed. After stumbling around, the human found a nest of dinosaur eggs. The human was astounded by the huge eggs and was very curious about what was inside such an egg. With a small knife/spearhead like object, the human climbed to the top of the egg and began to pry a hole in the egg. The human peeked into the egg and saw a partially formed dinosaur through the semi-transparent membrane. The human was fascinated but scurried away after a while. When the mother of the egg saw the hole, the mother was a little worried but not too fazed, after all, it was only a small hole. After some time, the eggs hatched and the baby dinosaur turned out to be deformed, with extremely small front arms which was ridiculously in contrast with the dinosaur's large head and body. The mother was delighted because who thought that the child was beautiful. The new dinosaur quickly became the star among dinosaurs and every dinosaur soon were poking holes into their eggs, hoping their child would turn out as beautiful. Quickly, many eggs died off due to the holes being punctured by the clumsy large claws of the dinosaur but the dinosaurs were relentless in their pursuit for beauty and fame. Pretty soon, only deformed dinosaurs remained. These dinosaurs quickly died off as well as their bodies made it extremely difficult for then to survive, coupled with the other brain damages the suffered through the egg-poking. Thus, the dinosaurs became extinct.
